  • Page 2 Model No. BI-3500 HOW DOES YOUR INDUCTION WORK? A high frequency (20-35KHz) induction coil underneath the ceramic top plate heats the cooking utensil by magnetic friction. The heat is produced directly within the pan and is controlled by an electronic circuit which offers superior performance and functions.
  • Page 3 Model No. BI-3500 USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS – IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS DO NOT block the air-intake panel, as this may overheat the unit. We recommend pans to be in the range of 12~26cm in diameter. Please refer to the next page for a list of suitable and unsuitable pans.

    Model No. BI-3500 SAFETY DEVICES Safety Device To comply with CE safety regulations there are two steps to turn on the induction unit. First step: Push power ON/OFF key. Second step: Within 5 seconds, turn power regulating knob OR push temperature select key "+", "-".
  • Page 5 Model No. BI-3500 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Ensure that the electrical supply matches with the electrical specifications on the data plate located on the under side of the unit. Place suitable pan on the center of the ceramic top. Press power ON/OFF key, heating lamp will light and LED power level will be displayed.

    Model No. BI-3500 TROUBLE SHOOTING If your induction unit appears not to be working properly, it doesn't necessarily mean it's faulty. In all cases, check the following points. Malfunction Check….. No indication light when power "on" Cable/terminal block is loose Broken circuit of fuse;...
