OPSTELLING Plaatsen • Plaats de kookplaat op een vlakke, stabiele en horizontale ondergrond. • Houd rondom de kookplaat een vrije ruimte van minimaal 2 cm. • Plaats geen licht ontvlambare of vervormbare voorwerpen direkt onder de kookplaat. Afmetingen Gasaansluiting • Dit toestel mag alleen door een erkend gastechnisch installateur worden aangesloten. -

OPSTELLING • Let op: een veiligheidsslang mag niet boven het toestel uitkomen omdat anders de vlammen van de branders de slang kunnen beschadigen. • In alle gevallen moet er voor het toestel een aansluitkraan geplaatst worden op een makkelijk bereikbare plaats. Voordat u het toestel in gebruik neemt moet u de aansluiting met zeepsop controleren op gasdichtheid. -

BEDIENING Ontsteken en instellen Een symbool boven de bedieningsknop geeft aan welke brander wordt bediend. Aansteken met vonkontsteking • Druk de bedieningsknop in en draai hem linksom. • De brander ontsteekt. Voor de toestellen met vlambeveiliging moet u de bedieningsknop ongeveer 5 seconden ingedrukt houden om de vlambeveiliging in te schakelen. -

BEDIENING Gebruik Pannen • Zorg er altijd voor dat de vlammen onder de pan blijven. Als vlammen om de pan heen spelen gaat veel energie verloren. Bovendien kunnen de handgrepen dan te heet worden. • Gebruik geen pannen met een kleinere bodemdiameter dan 12 cm. -

ONDERHOUD Let op Maak het toestel spanningsloos voordat met reparatie of schoonmaken wordt gestart. Bij voorkeur door de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen of de schakelaar in de meterkast op nul te zetten. Draai de gaskraan in de toevoerleiding dicht. Gebruik geen stoomreiniger of hogedruk-stoomreiniger om het toestel te reinigen. -

ONDERHOUD Glazen sierdeksel • De sierdeksel na gebruik altijd schoonmaken. • Maak de glasplaat schoon met een speciaal reinigingsmiddel voor glas. • Waterkringen of kalkresten reinigt u het makkelijkst met behulp van schoonmaakazijn. • Bij sterke verontreiniging is het raadzaam de sierdeksel eerst enige tijd te weken in een sopje van wat afwasmiddel (b.v. -

OPERATING Igniting and adjusting A symbol above the control knob indicates which burner is being oparated. Spark ignition • Press the control knob in and turn it anti-clockwise. • The burner ignites. In the case of appliances with flame failure device you must hold the control knob pressed in for approximately 5 seconds to switch the flame failure device on. -

OPERATING Pans • Always ensure that the flames remain under the pan. A lot of energy is lost when flames burn around the outside of the pan. The handles will also become too hot. • Do not use pans with a base diameter smaller than 12 cm. Smaller pans are not stable. -

MAINTENANCE Warning! Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before carrying out any repairs or cleaning. Preferably unplug the appliance, switch off the fuses, or set the switch in the meter cupboard to zero. Turn off the gas tap on the supply line.
