- Page 3 Align the 2 screw holes in the L-shaped tubes with the holes in the rear face of the backrest. d. Place a washer (E) over each of the screw holes Item # DR12021 and secure the L-shaped tube to the backrest using 2 screws (C) for each tube.
- Page 4 4. Check the rubber tips on the leg extensions ConvaQuip dealer. for rips, wear or if they are missing. Immediately replace any or all if any of these imperfections exist. 5. All four leg extensions with rubber tips MUST touch the floor simultaneously at all times.
