Troubleshooting

Improper unit usage is often the cause of damages or malfunctioning. If you consider that there
is something wrong with the unit, check possible causes in this table.
If you did not manage to solve the problem, contact the nearest authorized service center.
Failure
There is no sound signal when switching
on the unit, and the display doesn't
switch on.
The unit turns off automatically after 50
seconds with sound signals.

Possible Cause
Make sure that the unit is connected to the mains
correctly.
Make sure that the mains socket is working properly.
Check whether the cookware used is suitable for
induction cooker.
Make sure that the cookware is placed in the center
of the hob.
Make sure the diameter of cookware bottom is more
than 12 cm
Low voltage
Check the correct and safe connection of power
plug, it may be inserted into the socket not properly
Not enough load
Too high voltage
Cookware temperature is too high, cookware may be
empty
Temperature inside the cooker is too high
Make sure that the ventilation openings are not
blocked
The unit switched off automatically because the
temperature inside the unit is too high
Overheat protection actuated. Wait till the unit cools
down and try to switch it on again.
