From your Home screen, tap

Find and tap Settings > Battery.

Tap and select Battery optimisation. You will see a list of applications that are
not optimised.

To add or remove applications from this list, tap Apps and select or de-select
an application from the list to edit its optimisation settings.

The list of applications that are not optimised will get updated according to
your settings.
You can also configure Battery optimisation from the Apps menu by tapping
Power saving modes
There are several power saving modes available for you to use if you want to make
your battery last longer:
STAMINA
Disables GPS when the screen is turned off, and restricts background data. You can
mode
further customise STAMINA mode by selecting from the different STAMINA levels.
appears in the status bar when this mode takes effect.
Ultra STAMINA
Limits your device's functionality to core tasks such as making phone calls and sending
mode
SMS messages.
If you are sharing a device with multiple users, you may need to log in as the owner, that is, the
primary user, to activate or deactivate a power saving mode.
To activate STAMINA mode

From your Home screen, tap

Find and tap Settings > Battery.

Tap STAMINA mode and select the preferred option.
appears in the status bar when STAMINA mode is active.
You can adjust the Auto-start percentage according to your preferences.
To activate Ultra STAMINA mode

From your Home screen, tap

Find and tap Settings > Battery.

Tap Ultra STAMINA mode and then tap Activate .

Confirm to activate.
Your Home screen is replaced by Ultra STAMINA mode Home and
status bar when Ultra STAMINA mode is active.
Battery Care
Battery Care is not available in the US market.
When charging your device battery it is best to disconnect the charger once the
battery reaches 100%, in order to maximise the battery's lifespan. Battery Care
detects periods when the device battery is regularly left charging for a long time, and
estimates the start and end of these periods. The rate of charging is then controlled
during the next charging cycle so that your battery reaches 100% just before you
disconnect the charger.
Battery Care will not control the charging rate until it detects a regular charging cycle. This may
take several days.
To enable or disable Battery Care

From your Home screen tap

Tap Battery, then tap Battery Care.

Tap the slider to enable or disable Battery Care.
