• DO NOT carry bassinet with infant in it. • DO NOT use as a car bed. • SUFFOCATION HAZARD: To help prevent suffocation from entrapment, use only floorboard provided by Century. NEVER use additional mattress or padding. Attachment Strap Lay bassinet on flat surface and spread open. - Page 6 Push down on center of floorboard to flatten. Bassinet assembly is now complete. • Bassinet can be used with or without Playard/Crib. Pocket To use bassinet with Playard/Crib: Place bassinet in center of Playard/Crib so that hooks go over long rails.

Fold bassinet. Place bassinet in pocket of travel bag. IMPORTANT: If continuing to use Playard/Crib, be sure to properly secure floorboard in Playard/Crib. FOLDING and STORING Playard/Crib To remove floorboard: • Unfasten attachment straps. • Remove floorboard and set aside. - Page 8 FOLDING and STORING continued Gather Playard/Crib frame together while pulling up on Floor Loop. Wrap floorboard around Playard/Crib frame with padding facing in. Handle Secure Attachment Straps: • Bottom - Thread Attachment Strap through Leg Loop then through Floorboard Loop and fold back onto itself.
