Drain pump is both a mechanical and elektrical component
which is used to drain water inside the washing machine. It
has an synchronous motor inside. For better performance
maintanance, pump filter should be cleaned regularly.

You can determine the ohm value by measuring from the blue cable at 2nd and blue cable at 11th position in the large socket
(refer wiring diagram in section 12) as shown below figure. Resistance value should be between 131 - 141 
