    S5501AU SUPER GLIDE CERAMIC STRAIGHTENER USE AND CARE INSTRUCTION MANUAL Thank you for purchasing your Remington Super Glide Ceramic ® Straightener. The Super Glide Ceramic Straightener straightens and easily creates curls due to the distinct rounded edges on the plates and ridges on the housing to guide the hair.
  • Page 5 BASIC HAIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS For optimal results, shampoo and condition your hair prior to straightening, then dry your hair thoroughly and make sure that it is tangle free. Note: This Super Glide Ceramic Straightener is not suitable for use on synthetic wigs or hair extensions.

Style the lower layers first. • Plug the product into the mains power supply, and press and hold down the on/off button to switch the straightener on.

    RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURES Temperature Hair type A short bar will be displayed in the right hand corner 150°C - 170°C of the digital display window. Suitable for fine hair. 2 bars will be displayed in the right hand corner of the 180°C - 200°C digital display window.

    • Make sure to keep rotating the straightener. • Remove the straightener and holding the hair length, allow the curl to spring into shape. MAINTENANCE This straightener is designed for household use and is virtually maintenance free. If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the straightener from the power outlet, allow it to cool, and then wipe the exterior surface with a soft damp cloth.
