Charge the battery before using it for the first time or when it has been unused for extended periods. Use only Samsung-approved battery, charger, and cable specifically designed for your device. Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot. Place the SIM or USIM card on the tray with the gold-colored contacts facing downwards.
