Installation and Operation Manual Introduction: ® A LubriMist Oil Mist System is a centralized lubrication system that generates, conveys and automatically delivers lubricant to bearings, gearboxes, chains and ® sliding surfaces in various industrial machinery and equipment. The LubriMist Model DXT demisting tank is designed to separate suspended oil droplets from the vented mist stream after the oil mist has been passed through the mechanical bearing element being serviced.

Installation: The DXT should be mounted below the lowest machinery element being serviced by the Oil Mist Generator. If located indoors, the room should have cross ventilation from a fresh air supply. The return / drain header from the machinery being serviced by the Oil Mist Generator should be installed to continually drain toward the DXT reservoir.

Start-Up To start-up and commission the Model DXT Demisting Tank, follow these steps: 1) Check and insure that all utilities are properly and securely connected. 2) Ensure that the coalescing filter element is installed and the filter housing cover properly installed and secured with the spring-loaded latches. Ensure that the blower discharge pressure bleed valve is in the full closed position.
