    2. Safety instructions 2.1. Basic safety information The product may only be used as intended (see point 2.5. „Intended use“). The eos® Transfer Tray P7810 consists of an aluminum frame and a tray which drives to the customer and the operator side. If one of these elements is visibly damaged, the transfer tray should be taken out of regular use and the customer service should be contacted immediately.

Operator‘s due diligence The eos® Transfer Tray P7810 was developed and constructed in consideration of a risk analysis and after careful selection of the integrated standards to be complied with, as well as other technical specifica- tions. Therefore, it is considered state of the art technology and ensures the highest possible level of safety.

    2.6. Dangers and risks There might be a residual risk of crushing and impact within the moving range of the tray of the eos® Transfer Tray P7810. The tray of the transfer tray operates electronically and stops automatically as soon as it is encounters resistance to avoid injuries.
  • Page 8  Never open the flaps of the transfer tray during the cleaning process.  Always disconnect the power supply if the housing must be opened. Only qualified personnel authorized by SITEC may perform repair and maintenance work on the transfer tray.

    4. Device description 4.1. General overview The eos® Transfer Tray P7810 is an extremely flexible, electronically controlled transfer tray for hygie- nic handover process of objects, designed according to the latest state-of-the-art technology. It is equipped with highly efficient UV lamps. The intensity of cleaning is adjustable. This allows all viruses and bacteria to be eliminated.

    5. Task description 5.1. Unpacking and connecting the device The eos® Transfer Tray P7810 is supplied in a cardboard box. Allow the device to adjust to ambient tempe- rature before operating it, especially in cold outside temperatures.  Cut open the cardboard box at the top side. Be careful not to cut too deeply so as not to scratch the surface of the device.

    5.2. Handover process - Keys The eos® Transfer Tray P7810 can be used for nearly every handover process. The handover of documents in offices or keys in car rentals are good examples.  The tray of the transfer tray is in middle position. The customer steps up to the counter / transfer tray.

    5.4. Handover process - Gesture control (Optional) The gesture control enables touch-free operation of the eos® Transfer Tray P7810. With this operation mode, the keys on the top side of the transfer tray are no longer used. The gesture control is opera- ted directly with gestures of the finger or another object like a pen.
  • Page 20  The customer puts goods/documents/prescription... into the tray of the transfer tray.  The operator moves his finger / pen once (1x) through the U-shaped gesture control unit in the direction of the operator. The tray of the transfer tray moves to middle position.

The LEDs repeatedly light up blue for the duration of the cleaning process.  The tray of the transfer tray automatically moves to the operator side after the cleaning process is completed. The operator removes the goods/documents/prescription... The entire handover process also works in reverse.

    5.5. Handover process - Gesture control (optional) without cleaning process The tray of the transfer tray can also be moved directly from the customer to the operator side and vice versa without the cleaning process.  If, for example, the tray of the transfer tray is on the operator side and is to be moved directly to the customer, the operator moves his finger / pen twice (2x) in quick successions through the U-shaped gesture control unit in the direction of the customer side.

     Never open the flaps of the transfer tray during the cleaning process.  Always disconnect the power supply if the housing must be opened. Only qualified personnel authorized by SITEC may perform repair and maintenance work on the transfer tray.

    In order for us to grant warranty claims, repairs may only be completed by SITEC company technici- ans or by specialists trained by SITEC, and only original replacement parts and consumable materials made by SITEC may be used.
