USB Podcast Microphone & Stand

Setting up

Mount the CU-POD2 to the supplied angle-adjustable
holder by rotating it onto the Mounting Thread at the
base of the microphone, surrounding the USB socket.
This holder clamps onto the supplied mini tripod
stand for tabletop use.
Connect the supplied USB lead to the type B Socket
at the base of the microphone housing and the other
end to an available USB port on a PC or Mac
computer.
The computer will recognise the CU-POD2 as a "USB
PnP Sound Device" in the sound or audio settings.
When connected, the blue LED at the front of the microphone will light to indicate that power is present
(this LED flashes when it is sending digital audio to the computer)

Operation

Selecting the CU-POD2 ("USB PnP Sound Device") as the input device within the recording or streaming
software will set the microphone as the input source.
Turning the front mounted VOLUME control clockwise will increase the output level of the microphone to
the computer and turning it down will decrease the level.
The CU-POD2 can be disconnected and re-connected to USB as a hot-swappable device.
Disconnect from USB after use to preserve the computer battery or power supply.
