of purchase. Under warranty, Gen7Pets promises to repair or replace the defective product. The warranty
does not provide reimbursement for, and Gen7, Inc. is not responsible for, any other damages, including
special, incidental, consequential or other types of direct or indirect damages. All other express or implied
warranties are hereby disclaimed. The warranty does not cover damage to Gen7Pets products caused by
ordinary wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse or any causes other than defects in materials or
workmanship.
