INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 • Place two base parts together Step 2 • Align the holes in the base to the holes on the bottom of the heater. Step 3 • Affix the base to the heater by insert- ing the 3 hex screws by using the hex wrench. -

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This heater is for use on 120 volts. The cord has a plug as shown at A in Figure 1. An adapter as shown at C is available for connect- ing three-blade grounding-type plugs to two-slot receptacles. The green grounding lug extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box. -
