1. How to exchange the Slide Block 1. take the Spring Pin Ø 4 from both the Slide Airms. Remove the Stopper from Take off the Spring Pin 4 the end of Slide Arms on from both Slide Arm. both side. 2.

2. How to put on the Shoe Attachment (for normal width wheelchair) 1. Tools Spanner 13mm (open-end type is better) 2 pcs. Spanner 17mm (open-end type is better) 1 pc. (Adjustable wrenches 24mm over is also OK) Hexagon Socket Screw Keys 6mm 1pc (standard accessary) Get loose the red screw to withdraw and use Hexagon Socket Screw.

3. Put on the Shoe Attachment as shown in following. Take off the square cap. Push the Shoe Attachment until this point comes to end. 4. Bolt with Double Nuts Follow the procedure 4.1.- 4.4. 4.1. Get tighten the Bolt by Hexagon Socket Screw 6mm.

Installation of the Shoe Attachments is completed. (for normal width wheelchair) 3. How to put on the Shoe Attachment (for wider width wheelchair) *additional 40mm x both side = totally 80mm wider 1. Tools Spanner 13mm (Open-end type is better) 2pcs. Spanner 17mm (Open-end type is better) 1pc.

3. How to put the Extension Bolt on. the Extension Bolt & the Spring Washer 16mm Get the Extension Bolt by spanner 24mm. Slide in the Shoe Attachment until it touches the Extention Pipe. 4. Bolt with Double Nuts Follow the procedure 4.1. - 4.4. 4.1 Get tighten the Bolt by Hexagon Socket Screw 6mm.

5. Bolt with plane washer and Nord-Lock washer. Put plane washer and Nord-Lock washer to make the surface show- ing bigger wedge pitch on the Nord-Lock meet to the Bolt. Get the Bolt tighten by the Hexa- gon Socket Screw 6mm. Installation of the Shoe Attachments is completed.

5. How to set wheelchair on the Shoe Attachment 1. Confi rm that SA-3 is on fl at surface. 2. Tilt the Handle of SA-3 up as shown in the picture and then, confi rm whether the Handle keeps its position without any support.

3. Put wheelchair on the Shoe Attachment ensuring wheelchair in center. At this mo- ment, confi rm that the wheels are touch the Adjustable Stopper. And confi rm that wheelchair‘s brake works. 4. Confi rm whether the Forks are touch the frame of wheelchair and tighten the Knob on left and right side.
