  • Page 13 PUTTING ON THE CUFF Select appropriate cuff size for the circumference of the extremities. The cuff is put on so that the lower edge of the cuff is about 2 to 3 cm above the elbow or about 5 cm above the knee joint. Note the marking for the location of the artery when doing so.

    ANLEGEN DER MANSCHETTE Geeignete Manschettengröße für den Extremitäten Umfang auswählen. Die Manschette wird so angelegt, dass der untere Manschettenrand ca. 2 bis 3 cm oberhalb der Ellenbeuge bzw. ca. 5 cm oberhalb des Knie- gelenkes liegt. Beachten Sie dabei die Markierung für die Lage der Arterie.

    Den Manometer auf keinen Fall über 300 mmHg aufpumpen Kleinkinder haben einen niedrigeren Blutdruck als Erwachsene, nicht zu stark aufpumpen Die Messzeit sollte 2 Minuten nicht überschreiten Die Manschette ist mit Hygieneschutzstreifen zu verwenden oder zu reinigen, bevor sie für den nächsten Patienten verwendet wird Nur Original ERKA.

    REINIGUNG DURCH SPRÜH- ODER WISCHDESINFEKTION Wir empfehlen folgende Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel: Milde Seife, Bacillol AF, Meliseptol, Oxivir Plus Spray, Terralin Protect, 70%igem Isopropylalkohol, Fugaten -Spray (Lysoform-Spray) ® Nach der Reinigung/Desinfektion mit sauberem Wasser abwischen, um alle Rückstände zu entfernen und an der Luft trocknen lassen. Verwenden Sie bitte nur weiche Baumwoll- oder Mikrofasertücher.
