    How to Assemble Tools Needed: Allen Wrench - Provided Please read all the instructions before assembly. Step 1 Insert Casters (E) into the Chair Base (G). Then insert Gas Lift (F) into the hole in the center of the Chair Base (G). Step 2 Attach the Armrest (C) to the Chair Seat (B) using Bolts (I) by Allen Wrench (K) as shown.

    Ponyo How to Use Armrests Hold the armrest pad to flip up/down the armrests. Chair Height While seated, reach the right side of the chair to find the handle. Lift and raise your body up slightly to allow the chair to rise to the desired height. To lower the seat, lift the handle while applying more weight downward on the seat.
