System Requirements; Connecting Ip Speaker To Hikcentral - HIKVISION DS-PA0103-B Quick Start Manual

This deployment guide applies to the following device and platform versions:
 IP Speaker DS-PA0103-A v6.1.0b9bin
 HikCentral v2.1.0
Note: The document is applicable to the versions stated above. If newer firmware or software version is
released in future, the requirements or operation procedures in newer version may be different.

System Requirements

1. For the IP Speaker:
1) DS-PA0103-A on firmware v6.1.0b9bin or newer version;
2) MicroSD card (up to 32GB) to install in IP Speaker;
3) Audio Files (mp3 or wav format, less than 10MB in size).
2. For the HikCentral Client PC:
1) HikCentral on v2.1.0 or newer version with IP Speaker license activated;
2) Windows firewall rule to allow incoming connection on 8877 port;
3) Windows Administrator to run the control client;
4) Windows Administrator to run the web client;
5) Use Google Chrome to upload audio files on HikCentral.
Note: If MicroSD card is not installed in the IP Speaker, the live broadcasting feature is still supported
but some other features are not supported including HikCentral event triggering speaker playing audio
files, and scheduled broadcast.

Connecting IP Speaker to HikCentral

1. Insert the MicroSD card (up to 32GB) to the speaker and connect the speaker (IEEE 802.3af) to a
PoE switch.
Run the NAManager software on a PC located in the same subnet as the speaker to discover the
speaker. You can upgrade the speaker if needed, and double click on the discovered speaker to
configure the device parameters like IP addresses. Updating firmware or changing the device
parameters requires input of the device password, which by default is 1234.
