  • Page 6 Safety Read these instructions carefully as they contain important information about safe installation, use and maintenance. Keep this manual with care for future reference. Before using the appliance, make sure it is in perfect working order. The motor block (1), the lid (2), the bowl (4) and the blade group (3) should not show any breaks or cracks.

    Operation When used for the first time, wash the bowl, the lid and the blade unit with hot water and normal washing up liquid. Rinse thoroughly and dry the parts before using them again. Before using, make sure that the bowl is not broken and that there are no cracks.

    Maintenance and Cleaning • Before you proceed to cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the mains. • Separate all the parts before cleaning. Keep in mind that the blade is very sharp so handle it with care. • You can clean the blade, the container and the lid with water and soap (not in the washing machine). Be aware of drying carefully the blade after it is clean.
