  • Page 9 Warranty conditions These warranty conditions govern additional warranty services provided by us to the end customer. They are in addition to the customer’ s statutory warranty claims. The statutory warranty claims against other contractual partners are not affected. These warranty conditions shall only apply to such devices which are purchased by the end customer in the Federal Republic of Germany as new devices.

Details of the defect, the device and the time of discovery must be provided. The invoice or other dated proof of purchase must be enclosed as proof of warranty. If the aforementioned information or documents are missing, there is no warranty claim.
