    L’autoribaltabile a cingoli è un mezzo da lavoro, può essere usato solo da adulti. La macchina MCH M350 e M500 è progettata e costruita per essere usata all’aperto solo in aree private. La macchina è adatta in particolare al trasporto su strade, terreni e piazzali privati di carichi rientranti nella portata ammessa e, possibilmente, nelle dimensioni del cassone.

    Il pulsante d’emergenza, se premuto, interrompe immediatamente il funzionamento del motore, togliendo corrente alla candela d’accensione.   • Page 15 MOVIMENTO DELLA MACCHINA È obbligatorio procedere in retromarcia solo quando è inserita la marcia ridotta. Uno spostamento troppo veloce della macchina in retromarcia può provocare danni anche gravi all’operatore. Dopo avere inserito un rapporto di trasmissione, normale o ridotta, in marcia avanti o in retromarcia, l’avanzamento avviene premendo la leva superiore destra della frizione.

    La fermata, e lo stazionamento, della macchina avviene rilasciando la leva della frizione e portando al minimo l’acceleratore; in questo modo si inserisce il freno automatico sulla trasmissione. PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA Ogni volta che si lascia la macchina è obbligatorio parcheggiarla in piano. Per lo spegnimento del motore basta portare la chiave di accensione in posizione 0 (OFF).

    NOTA BENE: In caso di mancato avviamento, provare al massimo 10 volte. Se ancora il motore non si è avviato, aspettare qualche minuto, poi provare ancora. In caso di clima freddo, azionare il comando dello starter sul carburatore; ad avviamento avvenuto staccare il comando dello starter e procedere con il riscaldamento del motore.

    FORBIDDEN OPERATIONS • Warranty does not cover forbidden operations • The manufacturer bears no responsability relating to safety and defective machine functioning which may derive from forbidden operations. 4///LIFTING AND TRANSPORTATION 4. 1 //////Lifting The loadless weight of both models is approx. 200 kg so that it is possible to lift and carry the minitrasnporter in case of faults, by using tackles or cranes after securing the machine with the slings placed on the proper lifting points.

    Moreover a safe driving conduct is necessary, without sudden acceleration and without running the engine at high rotations per minute. A good running-in period during the first two weeks is the best way to extend the M350/ M500 minitransporter life span.

    • Check if tracks are worn: no cuts, cracks, small pieces and other damages must be present. NEGATIVE TEST • When performing the preliminary tests, should one test be negative or malfunctioning appear, DO NO USE the M350/M500 machine • Contact the Customer Technical Service for adequate fixing.

    6///USING THE MACHINE M350/M500 minitransporter has been planned and manufactured to carry and unload weights of different types within the max load expected, outdoor on private paved areas or dirty roads closed to traffic. • MCH M350/M500 minitransporter is a working vehicle.

    N.B: If the engine fails to start, try no more than 10 times. If the engine keeps failing, wait for some minutes, then try to start it again. In cold weather conditions, use the starter on the carburetor, after starting the engine disconnect the starter and let the engine warm.

    • Maintenance must be performed on flat ground, with engine off and cold. In order to maintain the M350/M500 minitransporter long service life, perform scheduled maintenance correctly and professionally.     NEGATIVE TEST • Should one test be negative, DO NO USE the M350/M500 machine • Start all measures for adeguate fixing, if necessary, contact the Customer technical Service. This manual does not deal with disassembling and extraordinary maintenance, because those operations will be performed exclusively by MCH GROUP Customer Service.
