Gecko Heater-Controller Low-Level Programming
Description
The Gecko Heater-Controller is the heart of the Water Quality System across the Endless Pools product line. The Gecko
carries the programming needed for all product configurations. The replacement controller's programming (low-level) MUST
be configured once power is introduced to the system.
Replacing & Programming Gecko Heater-Controller:
Refer to the following instructions for replacing and programming the Gecko Heater-Controller. The controller MUST be
programmed for the appropriate configuration to function. Refer to the chart on the following page for the correct low-level
configuration for the product purchased.
1.
Isolate the existing heater-controller by closing ball valves and/or plugging the water quality system thru-wall
penetrations. Remove the heater-controller from the Water Quality System plumbing.
2.
Install the replacement Gecko and re-introduce water by opening ball valves and/or unplugging thru-wall penetrations.
Inspect all union connections to ensure there are no leaks.
3.
Re-supply power to the Water Quality System. The heater-controller will go through a boot-up cycle which can take
up to 5 minutes. Once the keypad is displaying
programmed.
4.
Press the up button
to store the programming configuration. If the light button
programming change will not take effect.
5.
The system will go through another boot-up cycle after the programming change
the boot-up cycle. Once the boot up cycle is complete, the temperature of the water will be displayed on the keypad.
Changing the Low-Level Programming of the Gecko Heater-Controller:
