You must engage a licensed electrician for the heater installation if this is required by your state regulations. However, all electrical connections, including setting up the conduits (more detail below) and the connection of the thermostat must be undertaken by a licensed electrician in accordance with current electrical codes of practice, AS/NZS3000: 2007 and state codes.
