- Page 5 Sicherheitshinweise Sicherheitshinweise Das Sirenenschloss ist zur akustischen Absicherung Ihres Eigentums bestimmt. Benutzen Sie das Sirenenschloss nicht für andere Zwecke. Das Sirenenschloss ist kein Spielzeug und gehört nicht in Kinderhände. Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten dürfen das Gerät nicht benutzen, es sei denn sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Per- son beaufsichtigt oder erhalten von der zuständigen Person Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.
- Page 6 Benutzung Vor der ersten Benutzung Vor der ersten Benutzung müssen Sie den Transportschutzstreifen aus dem Batteriefach entfernen. 1. Öffnen Sie den Bügel durch Drehen des Schlüssels im Uhrzeigersinn und nehmen Sie den Bügel komplett heraus. 2. Schrauben Sie beide Befestigungsschrauben (3) ab und nehmen Sie die Rohrhalterung (4) ab.
- Page 7 Benutzung Benutzung als Bügelschloss ohne Alarm Sirenenschloss kann gewöhnliches Bügelschloss verwendet werden. 1. Befestigen Sie die Rohrhalterung an eine geeignete Stelle. 2. Stecken Sie den Bügel mit der gefrästen Seite in die Öffnung mit dem Kontaktstift (7). Da der Kontaktstift nicht berührt wird, ist der Alarm nicht aktiviert.
- Page 8 Benutzung Batterien ersetzen 1. Zum Öffnen des Batteriefaches, nehmen Sie Bügel heraus und schrauben Sie beide Schrau- ben ab. 2. Nehmen transparente Kunststoff- Batteriehalterung heraus, indem Sie einen fla- chen Schraubendreher unter die Lasche setzen und die Halterung aus dem Batteriefach heraus- hebeln.

The padlock is not a toy and does not belong in the hands of children. Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised for their safety by a qualified person or are briefed by the responsible person how to use the unit.
- Page 11 Using Before first Use Before first use, remove the protective strap from the battery compartment. 1. Turn the key clockwise to open the padlock. Remove the shackle. 2. Unscrew both mounting screws (3) and remove the fastening bracket (4). Inside the padlock you will find two screws which hold the battery compartment and the padlock together.
- Page 12 Using Using the padlock without alarm The alarm padlock can be used as standard padlock without alarm. 1. Mount the fastening bracket on a suitable place. 2. Insert the shaped part of the shackle into the opening with the contact pin (5). As the shackle does not touch the contact pin, the alarm is not activated.
- Page 13 Using Inserting the Batteries 1. To open the battery compartment, remove the shackle and unscrew both screws. 2. Remove the transparent battery attachment by inserting a flat screw driver under the overhang- ing lap and lift up. Replace the spent batteries with new one of the same type and dimensions.
