D Service the machine regularly at prescribed intervals and remember the annual safety inspections.

When the base frame has been assemblied, the hydraulic hoses must be lead through the base beam to the connectors of the back part of the trailer.

See the spare parts manual how to install hydraulic or pneumatic brakes. When the question is of the hydraulic brakes the hydraulic hose has to be connected to the 1---function control valve of the driving vehicle.

D Open the valves fully open. For initial setting turn the restriction knobs 3---4 rounds in closing direction.

USE OF THE BRAKE POWER REGULATOR (HYDRAULIC) (OPTIONAL) The brake power regulator is used to adjust the hydraulic pressure and hydraulic flow rate going to the brakes thus adjusting brake power. Flow rate which goes to the brakes is adjusted in the flow control valve (1).
