• If the earphones, cables or connections are damaged, contact AVID Customer Care (see pg 31). • These earphones may be used by children aged 12 years and above and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are under supervision or have been told how to use the earphones safely and are aware of the potential risks.

• Do not make any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the earphones. • Never open the housing of the earphones. There are no parts inside which can be maintained. In addition, this will invalidate the warranty. • Do not place objects filled with liquids (such as vases or open drinks) next to the earphones.

Charging the battery Before using the earphones (1), the integrated battery must be charged fully. • Connect the USB plug of the charging cable (13) to a turned-on PC or a suitable USB power supply (not included). • Connect the Micro-USB plug of the charging cable (13) to the charging socket (micro-USB) (8) on the earphones (1).

> Always disconnect the charging cable (13) when charging is complete! NOTE > The operating/charging LED (7) lights red during charging. When the battery is fully charged, the operating/charging LED (7) turns off. > Charging takes about 1.5 hours when the earphones (1) are fully discharged.

Pairing the earphones with a wireless enable device Before you can use the earphones (1), you must pair them with a compatible wireless device. Procedure as follows: • Ensure that the earphones (1) are turned off and the wireless enable device is turned on. •...

If pairing between the AE-350W (1) and your wireless device is not successful within 3 minutes, the AE-350W (1) will automatically turn off. In this case, you will need to begin the process over again by pressing the power button for 3 secs and repeating the steps above.

NOTE > If the AE-350W (1) stop receiving a signal while in wireless mode, the AE-350W (1) will turn off automatically after 15 minutes following the voice message “Power OFF”. > The next time you turn on the AE-350W (1), they will automatically connect to the wireless device they were previously paired with.

TROUBLESHOOTING The earphones cannot be paired with a compatible wireless device • Make sure that the wireless function is activated on the wireless device. • Check that the earphones (1) are turned on. • If you use several wireless devices, ensure that any previous connection is disconnected.
