Page 4: Preliminary Operations
Upon receipt of the product, inspect the packaging and the oven to verify no tampering or damage has occurred. Inform the carrier and Qfix immediately of any damaged or missing parts. Indicate the product code “Ref” and serial number “Ser. No.” and attach a photo. -

Use plastic bristles or a sponge soaked in vinegar and warm water to clean dirt crusts. Only use products recommended by Qfix. EXTERNAL CLEANING Use a damp cloth with warm water or products suitable for cleaning stainless steel. Do not use acidic products or ammonia. - Page 15 • Remove glass “A”, remove the burned out light lamp “B”, replace with a new light lamp and reassemble. • Reassemble the side grids onto the oven.
