Congratulations on the purchase of your new

You can now make icy snow drinks in minutes for
you and your friends. Frosty the Snowman® is also
great for making impressive iced cocktails and
desserts. With unique, refillable syrup bottles and
snow cone cups, you can start to create icy snow
drinks immediately.
Before first using your new Frosty the Snowman®,
it is most important that you read and follow the
instructions in this use and care booklet, even if you
feel you are familiar with this type of appliance.
Your attention is drawn particularly to the section
dealing with IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS. Find a safe
and convenient place to keep this booklet handy for
future reference.
This appliance has been designed to operate from a
standard domestic power outlet. It is not intended
for industrial or commercial use.
Before first use
Carefully unpack Frosty the Snowman® and remove
all packaging materials.
Wash all detachable parts in warm soapy water and
dry thoroughly. These parts are not dishwasher safe.
Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the motor
unit.
Note: Do not immerse the motor housing in
water or any other liquid.
How to use your
Frosty the Snowman®
Ice blocks
Fill the ice moulds with cold water until they are
almost full and secure the lids. Place them horizontally
in the freezer and allow them time to freeze
completely.
Note: Do not put regular ice cubes into Frosty
the Snowman®. You must use the specially
shaped ice moulds provided.
Making a frosty snow drink
Remove the motor housing from the ice chamber.
Remove an ice block from an ice mould and place
the ice block flat side down in the ice chamber. Only
remove the required ice moulds from the freezer to
avoid ice blocks melting before use.
Note: Frosty the Snowman® will only shave one
block at a time.
Fill the syrup bottles with flavouring of your choice
(cordial is recommended).
Place a cup under the ice chamber to catch the snow
as it falls. You will be surprised how much snow one
ice block can create!
Place the motor housing on top of the ice chamber.
Press down the top of Frosty the Snowman® and it
will automatically begin producing snow. Press down
harder if snow is not produced.
Note: Two or three millimeters of ice will be left
in the ice chamber after each ice block is shaved.
Remove it before inserting a new ice block.
Serve with a squirt of flavouring from the syrup bottles.
Note: Do not run Frosty the Snowman®
continuously for more than 5 minutes at a
time, as doing so will overheat the motor
and reduce the life of the appliance.
