    • (8 Screws x 6 Modules = 48 screws per cabinet) Based on your DV-LED configuration you should be able to calculate how many protective edging pieces you need. There are two different sizes depending on whether the edging is going on the top/bottom of the cabinet or the side.
  • Page 3 Depending on the configuration of your DV-LED Video Wall you will be supplied with mounting brackets either 1.2m in length or 1.8m in length. We do NOT supply screws for the mounting bracket due to the various types of walls which the mounting brackets can be used upon.
  • Page 4 Step 3 Once a vertical column is done, flip it over and attach the mounting bracket on the backs of each cabinet that is needed to be hung. Please note: This does NOT mean every cabinet needs a bracket. The rule is one bracket for every 3 cabinets it supports.
  • Page 5 Your DV-LED Video Wall should now look something like this. Step 6 Attach each of the columns to its horizontal neighbour. Take a cabinet and secure it to the neighbor using 3 of the M8 screws provided as per the diagram.
  • Page 6 Step 7 Working top to bottom in each vertical column use the built in cable with connectors to attach the power supplies from one cabinet to the next until you are left with the power supply cable sticking out of each of the bottom cabinets. Please note: If needed you can arrange the power cables so they go out the top of the cabinets.
  • Page 7 Step 8 Remove the connector from the cable sticking out of the bottom and link the wires to the power points as planned with your electrician. Step 9 Next take the data cable and working from the top right corner connect all the cabinets using the RJ45 ports, you can use either port for in and out.
  • Page 8 Step 10 Check around the outside of the cabinet, if there are any screws sticking out now is the time to remove them from the inside of the cabinet. There are two different types of screws that may need to be removed. To remove the screws on the sides of the cabinets you may need to unscrew the stopper (circled in red).
  • Page 9 the module should easily snap onto the magnetic screws. For each cabinet there should be 6 modules. Step 13 For a clean finish now attach the protective edging. You may need to temporarily pop off some of the modules to secure the edging using the rivets provided. After the edging is attached you can reattach the modules.
