  • Page 7 Before first use Carefully remove the tool from its packaging and check that the below contents are included: • Shear with grass blades (assembled) • Trimming blade • Blade guard (for both blades) • Battery charger The battery charger should be fully charged before using for the first time. The charging time is about 3-5 hours.
  • Page 8 Changing the blade Slide the blade cover (4) away from the main housing. Lift the blade out. Fit the new blade by aligning the holes in the blade onto the drive pins. When re-fitting the blade cover, ensure all 4 legs are inside the housing before sliding the cover into place.
