24. EASY TROUBLESHOOTING
lf the screen goes down or the power goes down greatly, check the screen
according to the following instructions: Also, check connected equipment
to identify the source of the problem. lt the screen still does not work as
expected, contact Customer Support.
No electricity
• Check the connections on the TV and on the external devices.
• Check if the toggle switch is set to On.
No picture or no sound
• Make sure the TV is plugged in and turned on.
• Check if the antenna is connected correctly.
• Switch to another program.
Bad picture quality
• Check if the antenna cable is connected correctly.
• Make sure that the channel is tuned correctly.
• Change the picture settings: Brightness, Colour, Sharpness, Contrast, Hue.
• Make sure the TV is away from other electrical appliances that may cause
radio frequency interference.
No colour
• Adjust the colour settings.
• Check if the selected program is broadcast in colour.
• Make sure that the channel is tuned correctly.
The TV does not respond to the remote control
• Make sure there are no obstacles between the remote control and the TV.
• Make sure the remote control is within range.
• Make sure that the batteries in the remote control are not empty.

including residential areas.
