    Points on Use ■ Preparation 1. As a preparation, be sure to perform the necessary inspections by reffering to <List of Periodic Inspection and Maintenance Locations > in this manual.(Refer to p. 49~52 of this manual) 2. Check if any of the protective covers is still removed.
  • Page 10 Points on Use ■ Starting and Taking Off 1. Confi rm safety around you before starting the Confi rm safety around you engine. Before operating the machine, confi rm the position of each lever and safety around you, and then start slowly. Sudden start and stop may bring danger and damage on the machine, so avoid sudden start and stop.
  • Page 11 Points on Use 2. This machine has the seating capacity of one person. A person riding on the machine other than operator on the seat may fall and get injured when the machine takes off suddenly because the center of gravity of the machine moves.

Apply the parking brake, and put chocks (wheel Stop) underneath the wheels of the truck. Failure to do so may cause the truck to move while loading/unloading the machine, which result in an Accident involving a fall.
  • Page 14 Points on Use ■ During Work 1. Small stones and foreign matters scatter while cutting bush. Before commencing work, be sure to confi rm that no person, building, vehicle etc. is standing/positioned close enough to be hit by these scattering stones or foreign matters.
  • Page 15 Points on Use 4. When crossing a ditch or going over a furrow, be sure to pass foot boards over the ditch/ furrow at right angles and drive on the foot boards slowly at very low speed. Failure to do so may lead to a wheel(s) going off the foot board or slipping, thus causing the machine to fall down, which result in a very dangerous situation.

    How to Work Operating Procedures ■ How to Start the Engine Danger ● When starting the engine, sit on the seat and check whether each lever is located suitably, and also confi rm safety around you. In particular, don’t start the engine while the HST lever is in operation because the machine may move suddenly or otherwise cause an accident.
