Only use manual screwdriver to prevent damaging the part. A) Take the rudder assembly and its bracket from the rear storage compartment. Remove the bracket from the rudder by unscrewing the hex nut from the bolt completely.

Do this operation before you put the kayak into the water. B) Pull on the lower liaison plastic part found on the elastic towards the front.
