Installation 1. Preparing door 1. If you have already mounted a mechanical deadbolt, please remove and replace it with our smart Deadbolt. Attention Do not use electric drill, this might damage your lock! (Remove and replace it) 2. Read these notes before using 1. In "Factory mode" (Before App pairing), the default keypad password is 123456. Once the lock is paired in Populife App, the default password becomes invalid and you will get a new Admin password in "Lock settings" in App. If you delete the lock from the App, the password 123456 becomes valid again.

Security Automatic locking Please confirm that the Populife Deadbolt is nearby. 1. In the Lock page of Popuife App, click the “Settings” icon. 2. In the “Lock Settings” menu, click “Automatic locking” and make sure the “Automatic locking” is enabled.
