For external or internal use, the JR-TH-01 is
extremely robust and weatherproof.
Inside the hood's outer shell is a perforated
polypropylene lining that houses 50mm
nonhygroscopic acoustic insulation. The hood
is designed to attain a high level of noise
reduction of up to 23.9dB.
The hood is fixed to the wall via two stainless
steel mounting brackets that are secured
through the hood's back wall to the inner
telephone apparatus plate. This enables a load
of up to 60 kgs to be safely mounted on the
plate. The plate is pre-drilled to accept many
telephones.
Beneath the plate is a 304 stainless steel shelf,
white paint finish, with a cable entry slot
provided.
