lock the lid when storing the cooker. Simply place it up side down on top of the pot, thereby protect the gasket. Defrost food before
preparing it in the pressure cooker. Soak beans or other dry ingredients before cooking in order to soften them. When preparing goods
that expands a lot, let it simmer for a while without the lid first. Please also note that liquid evaporates after extended cooking even in
a pressure cooker. You should therefore always ensure that there is a sufficient amount of liquid in the pot. Remove the pressure cooker
immediately from the stove if its contents spill over. Check ll parts after you haven´t use them for a long time. If any parts obviously
deformed, replace it.
