Possible Causes
• Mis wired gas valve circuit
• Shorted gas valve wiring
• Gas valve relay on integrated control
board s tuck open
• 115 volt power s upply was s hut off
during heat cycle.
• Ins uffcient conditioned air over the
heat exchanger. Blocked filters ,
res trictive ductwork, improper circulator
blower s peed, or failed circulator
blower motor.
• High water level in the evaporation coil. • Check evap drain pan, trap, piping.
• Poor neutral connection
• Gas pres s ure too high
• Burners mis -aligned
• Res tricted heat exchanger or venting
No Network Data
• Shared data s et is invalid. Us e the
CoolCloudHVAC App to download the
s hared data to the furnace.
• Loos e wiring connection at circulator
motor power leads or circulator motor
power leads dis connected.
• Open circuit in inductor or loos e
wiring connection at inductor (3/4 Hp
and 1 Hp models only).
• Failed circulator blower motor.
Corrective Action(s)
• Check wiring in gas valve circuit
• Replace integrated control board
• Check filters and ductwork for
blockage. Clean filters or remove
obs truction.
• Check circulator blower s peed and
performance. Correct s peed and
replace blower motor if neces s ary.
• Tighten or correct wiring connection.
• Verify neutral wire connection to
furnace & continuity to ground s ource.
• Check / correct gas pres s ure
• Check / correct burner alignment
• Check / correct res triction
• Populate s hared data s et us ing the
CoolCloudHVAC App
• Verify s hared data s et is correct for
the s pecific model. Re-populate data
us ing the CoolCloudHVAC App.
• Tighten or correct wiring connection.
• Verify continuous circuit through
inductor. Replace if open or s hort
circuit.
• Check circulator blower motor.
Replace if neces s ary.
