- Page 2 Overview The Traffic Safety System Tank Li$er is designed to assist in the li$ing and moving of com- pressed gas cylinders. The stabilizing legs and front wheels provide a firm base when li$ing a cylinder into a vehicle or storage rack. The hand-cranked or 12 volt winch provides for precise li$ing through a high-strength nylon strap.
