NOTE: The Height Adjuster requires a minimum ceiling height of 8 feet/2.5 metres.
Working load: 1000 lbs
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
No assembly required.
1. Push the safety trigger A up to open the cam gate.
See Figure 1.
2. Insert your rope. See Figure 2.
3. To move the Height Adjuster up:
• hold the rope firmly below the Adjuster – at point B
• push the Adjuster upwards
• Release the cam gate and push down on the safety trigger A
to ensure the rope is firmly held.
4. To move the Height Adjuster down:
• hold the rope firmly below the Adjuster – at point B
• push the safety trigger upwards while applying upward
pressure to the Adjuster. This releases the rope and the
Adjuster can now be moved down.
• Release the cam gate and push down on the safety trigger to
ensure the rope is firmly held. See Fig. 3
MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
All parts of the Height Adjuster and its Suspension System should be checked on a monthly
basis and a record kept on the Maintenance Sheet provided.
On the Height Adjuster check for:
• bent or broken cam tips
• failure of cam to close
