The connection may not
be secure.
SOLUTIONS
Verify that the Blue light is on and
the product is plugged in correctly
into a working outlet.
Fill the steam bottle tank.
Using the nozzle cleaner, carefully
clean the nozzle to remove debris.
Fill the steam bottle tank.
Use the other sides, if clean.
Replace with a clean cleaning
pocket.
Replace as needed.
Check the connection, making sure
you are pressing in and turning at
the same time.
