BETRIEBSANLEITUNG 8.1 VORGEHENSWEISE Alle Greising Elektrolyte sind zur eindeutigen visuellen Identifizierung bereits eingefärbt. So wird gewährleistet, dass keine Säuren oder Laugen versehentlich vertauscht oder dem normalen Abwasser zugeführt werden. Wird durch neutralisieren oder verdünnen der Flüssigkeiten ein PH Wert zwischen 5 und 7 erreicht, sind die Flüssigkeiten neutral und können über das normale Abwasser entsorgt werden. -

The surface of the stainless steel will be passivated simultaneously. When electro - polishing, material is removed from the surface of the workpiece by specific electrolytes used in conjunction with an external DC source.

The short brush shows more powerfull performance, the long brush is especially for big areas. Change the brush in time to avoit markings on the workpiece.

So it´s guaranteed, that acids and alkaline solutions wont be changed accidently or disposed into the normal wastewater. If the PH-value are to attain 5 and 7 by neutralising or deluting with liquid.
