- Page 2 • Select either the 46 cm or the 64 cm frame posts. • Using the Hex (Allen) key, adjust the width of the SG so that the object overlaps. SG must not overlap the object. • Avoid loading any weight on the red frame posts, the weight should be on the rubber strips on the SG.
- Page 3 Important notice: before use of StepGlider, please ensure that any user has read the instructions and understands the method used. It is important to be aware of where the weight is concentrated and to have control at all times to avoid injury.
