Please read through instructions entirely before beginning assembly.

Parts

7- 1x2 1/2 Top Rafters
8- 2x4 Rafters for 107"
9- 2x4 Rafters for 119"
2- 3 1/4 x 5 3/8 Post (1 18" Long)
1- 3 1/4 x 5 3/8 x 8' Top Beam
2- 7/8 x 5 3/8 Face Boards

Tools Needed for Assembly

Hammer for tapping bolts
1 /2" Socket and/or wrench
Square Head Bit (Supplied)
Step 1. Lay out and identify all of the pieces and hardware.
Step 2. Lay the 2x4 rafters on a clean surface, spreading them apart on edge. (We
recommend using the box the product was shipped in). Lay the long 1 x 2 1/2
across the 2x4 rafters. Line them up with all of the nothches and put a 3" screw
Step 3. Lay the legs down on a flat clean surface 6' apart with the notches facing up.
Attach the top beam with four(4) 5" bolts using large washers under both
ends of the bolts. Tighten the nuts with a 1/2" socket until snug. DO NOT over
tighten.

4- 5/16 x 5" Bolts for Posts
8- 5/16 x 1 1 /4 Fender Washers for Posts
4- 5/16" Nuts for Posts
56- 3" Screws for 1 x 21/2" Rafters (107")
16- 3" Screws for 2x4 Rafters (107")
63- 3" Screws for 1 x 2 1/2" Rafters (119")
18- 3" Screws for 2x4 Rafters (119")
12- 2" Screws for Face Boards
