1.1 GENERAL PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USING • Check whether the mounting area complies with the technical requirements for waste gas installation, water installation and electrical installation. • For safety and safe use of electrical installation, make sure that the isolated grounding is properly done and that the ground line is not phase- misplaced.

This is to increase the safety in the event of a power failure or other case that can cause non functioning of the circulation pump.

4.3 VENTILATION The area where the boiler is installed must always be suppplied with fresh air by opening a window or a duct. Fresh air is required in order to burn the fuel safely and efficiently. Otherwise once the burning starts, the oxygen level will drop and the burning will detoriate.

l Main walls of the building should never be used as chimney wall element. Chimney must be inside the building unless otherwise necessary. If the chimney must pass from outside, the isolation must be done properly. l The chimney must be frequently cleaned in order to avoid tar ,soot and clogs that would prevent chimney draught.

6. FULL AUTOMATIC PELLET BOILER CONTROL PANEL On – Off – Reset This is on off button of the boiler. It is used to reset when the boiler breaks down. Touch the button for 2 seconds to switch on, off and reset. Fuel Load This button is used for manuel preloading by only authorized services during initial operation (End users must not do preloading)

7.STARTING UP AND USING Boiler start up must only be done by MAKTEK AUTHORIZED SERVICE. 7.1 INITIAL OPERATION At first start-up, the system water must be completely filled and air must be purged from system. The system water pressure should be 1.5 bar on the manometer at the front panel.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS In order to use your boiler safely for a long period of time, please pay attention to below mentioned rules of cleaning and maintainence. 12.SHIPPING AND HANDLING PLACING THE BOILER ON VEHICLE When the boiler is placed on vehicle, loading must be done with a crane. Gates of the vehicle body must be opened previously. Please use supporting ring while loading boiler with crane. Pass the crane boom hook from the supporting ring.
