GENERAL INFORMATION & OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS This publication provides operating and maintenance instructions, including detailed part lists for the Passenger Stairway, Model PS-813B/E. SECTION 1 - PROCEDURES, SPECS & CAPABILITIES 1.1 DESCRIPTION The Stinar Model PS-813B/E Passenger Stairway (see Figure 1.1) is a towable passenger boarding stairway. Height adjustment is made by means of a telescoping A-frame mechanism and the upper stairs telescoping into the lower stairs.
The upper section is raised and lowered by the stairway hydraulic cylinder. The upper end of this long, slender cylinder is attached to the platform. The lower end of the cylinder is secured at the base of the lower stair section. Passenger Stairway PS-813B/E Boeing | 9...
The hand pump is located adjacent to the hydraulic control valve and is equipped with an extension Auxiliary Hand Pump handle.
