Fixed dial number

ON/OFF: Select whether to
activate or not. PIN authentication
is required.

Number list: Displays the current
Fixed dialist. You can edit, add, or
delete fixed dial numbers. PIN2
authentication is required to edit
the list. And the configuration
information is saved on the SIM.

Change codes

You can change the PIN, PIN2,
Security code.
PIN code
PIN is the abbreviation for Personal
Identification Number, and is used to
restrict use by an unauthorised user.

PIN code change procedure
(Menu 9.6.5)
1. Select 'PIN code' from the
'Change codes' list and then
press
2. Enter the current PIN code and
press
3. Enter the new PIN code and
press
4. Enter the new PIN code once
again and press

If the PIN code is different from
(Menu 9.6.6)
that of step 3, the procedure is
restarted from step 3.
5. When the PIN code is changed
properly, a Changed message is
displayed. If you enter an incorrect PIN
code in step 2, the procedure is
restarted from step 2, and the number
of attempts you have left to enter the
number is decreased by 1.
