THE BAR | MAX BAR INSTALLATION This bar is manufactured out of carbon tubes with a stainless steel push pin. We will always recommend rinsing it with fresh water after use and storing it in a dry place. Please note the bar is to be installed before you inflate the wing.

THE BAR | MAX STEP 2 Insert the left side of the T-shaped head peace underneath the Dynema webbing strap. Push as far as possible to the left. STEP 3 Slowly , turn the bar to the left side at about 45 deg .

THE BAR | MAX STEP 5 Now , insert the loos webbing strap form left to right through the slot in the bar . Once inserted pull though and fasten the webbing strap. Do not pull the strap tight. The webbing needs to have some slack allow for the strut to expand when inflating.

WING HANDLING | MAX INFLATION A) Lay the wing flat on the ground with the strut facing up. Making sure the leading edge is facing the wind. Also consider the surface, hard ground can damage the wing. Ideally grass or beach sand. B) Attach Pump leash to the Hand Leash connection, and make sure it is well secured.
WING HANDLING | MAX WING CARE - Do not leave your wing inflated on hot surfaces such as asphalt or sand for long periods of time. - Doing so may damage the bladders. Avoid contact with sharp objects such as hydrofoil wings, rocks, coral, sticks, thorns and other debris which can puncture the wing.
