3.3 MIXED ZONE FLOW TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
If the zones control unit is connected to the boiler via a signal state or if it is connected via BUS to boilers other than Superior and the external
temperature probe is missing, the temperatures of the mixed zones (see tables below) can be set on the R12 and R13 trimmers (Fig. 18).

N.B.: using a DIM BUS connection to the Superior kW boiler and the Victrix Superior (2022) range, the mixed zones are regulated on
the boiler display.
N.B.: on the boiler panel, when the external probe is connected, the OFFSET action can be regulated (only with Superior kW boilers
and Victrix Superior (2022).
3.4 EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE PROBE (OPTIONAL)
The zones control unit is prepared for the application of the external probe (Fig. 19), which is available as an optional kit. The probe can
be connected
directly to the P.C.B. of the zones control unit or to the boiler electrical system and allows the max. system flow temperature to be auto-
matically decreased when
the external temperature increases, in order to adjust the heat supplied to the system according to the change in external temperature.
The external probe always operates when connected, regardless of the presence or type of room chrono-thermostat used, and can work
in combination with Immergas timer thermostats.
The electrical connection of the external probe must be made in the boiler when the zone kit is connected via DIM BUS to the boiler itself
or to the zones control unit, as indicated in Fig. 12 in the other cases.
• Direct zone check. The correlation between flow temperature to the system and external temperature is determined by the parameters
set on the boiler. See boiler instructions manual.
• Mixed zone check. The correlation between the temperatures of the mixed zones and the external temperature is determined by the
trimmer position (7 or 8 Fig. 17) present on the zones control unit according to the curve represented in the diagram (Fig. 20).
With a DIM BUS combination to the Victrix superior (2022) boiler, the entire regulation of every zone (including mixed ones) is available
on the boiler panel
