The angular position of the clamp lever can be set to a position that is favorable for the clamping procedure.

The angular position of the clamp lever on the rotating/tilting head may be varied analogously to the clamp lever of the retainer ring.

The clamps of retainer ring (4-1/3) and double boom (4-1/1) may only be released in turn; otherwise, the double boom will slip down unsecured involving the risk of injury to the operator or damage to the microscope and the object to be examined.
