To remove the Grater Cap on the ZAKARIAN K54320, align the four notches on the Cap with the four indents on the rim of the Grater Cylinder. Once aligned, the prongs on the Cap will snap into place. To remove it, ensure the cylinder is in the lock position, then detach the Grater Cap from the side of the Grater to allow the grated cheese to fall out.
